Every project we undertake is different;
and because of this the first and perhaps most important task is to meet and
fully evaluate all aspects of the issues at hand.
When both parties agree upon a course of
action, we prepare a proposal from the outcome for which the content is
specific.
Each project will be assigned to one of
our business architects whose responsibility it is to interact with a
representitive appointed by the client. It is then the responsibility of these
two persons to deliver the success of the project.
We prepare a Schedule of Work and Payment
Plan which together with our General Terms of Business forms the basis of our
contractual relationship and our terms of engagement.

understanding of the way ahead and enables us to deliver the right level of
